Created by Clarisse Castan, in December 2024 “Women with Impact” is a movement dedicated to highlight and empower women who are driving positive change in their communities and industries.
It’s about celebrating women who influence, inspire, and create change. She started with an inaugural dinner at Le Crillion, followed by an awards ceremony honoring six outstanding laureates during the Trophées Madames ceremony at the Peninsula Paris.

Women make up 52% of the population, yet hold only 25% of leadership positions in France. Across the EU, women still earn 12% less on average than men. Only 28% of executive roles in major companies are occupied by women. These figures show that, despite progress, gender parity and representation remain far from achieved.
Women With Impact aims to spotlight female talent, create opportunities, and advance the place of women in society.
